The gala, one-of-a-kind Futures Explored Film Premiere 2018 took place at the Bankhead Theater on March 20, coinciding with National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

“There was a lot of energy,” said Program Director Hester Wagner. “In the lobby before the show, everyone was mingling and taking photos on the red carpet where we had students interviewing attendees. About 275 people came – families, community members, support staff, and of course our talented student filmmakers.”
