Classes taught by Live 2 B Healthy® for seniors concentrate on improving balance, flexibility and strength with an eye towards reducing falls and maintaining independence for as long as possible.

Kym Peck, Live 2 B Healthy® Alameda County, comments that “Our seniors are seeing indications of growth and progress in renewing their overall health. This is really significant in a population that many of us expect to be losing physical ability.
