Who doesn’t want a better Downtown Plan for Livermore? How about a real and better Central Park? Of course we all want more and better parking! I grew up in San Francisco, where my father managed Union Square Garage below Union Square park in the center of the City. Don’t tell me underground parking can’t work here, it can if we choose it to.

The new Central Park Plan Initiative will provide 316 more parking spaces near Livermore Ave., where we need them the most! The new Central Park Plan relocates the 3-story proposed hotel location off of the East-side Bankhead corner to a more realistic and logistically-reasonable placement on the North-side of the Central Park. As stated many times, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a beautiful Livermore downtown for generations to come. Retail, educational, art and entertainment amenities will flourish. We can be proud of what we will leave for future generations. I am excited about the real opportunity for voters to sign the Central Park Initiative and create the development of our downtown by our own voting power! Join me, keep the faith, and visit wwww.betterlivermore.com to volunteer!
