We want to acknowledge and thank Dublin City Council for approving the St. Patrick Way residential project proposed in downtown Dublin. The Dublin city staff reviewed the project and determined that the plan for 499 new housing units fully complies with Dublin’s general plan, the downtown specific plan, the zoning code, and all city requirements.

The project was endorsed by Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group, Silicon Valley Leadership Group, the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, interfaith groups serving our region, and area business leaders who see the urgent need for workforce housing in our region.
