FCC Challenge to Local Control

I am writing in response to a Jan. 31st article published in The Independent, “Cell Towers Cause Problems for Cities’ Local Control,” about how local government control over 5G wireless technology rollout is being threatened by a recent FCC ruling.

The power balance between local and national governmental regulatory bodies has a long history dating back well before the struggle between the 13 original American Colonies and the English monarchy.
