Ken Darrell passed away peacefully in his Livermore home on the morning of May 30, 2019, at the age of 74. He was at home with his wife Linda, his daughter Kristin, his son-in-law Kenon, and his two grandchildren Brooke and Brady.

Ken was born in New Rochelle, N.Y., March 30, 1945, to George Darrell and Sylvia Darrell. He married Linda Angerame on February 20, 1977, in West Hempstead, N.Y. They traveled across the country together on a motorcycle and arrived in the city of Alameda, Calif. Ken started his own business, Ken Darrell’s Hair Design, in Alameda, and his business thrived. Ken and Linda became parents to their daughter, Kristin Lyn, on March 13, 1981. They later moved to a small ranch in Livermore in 1986 and owned many animals.
