Legacy Real Estate Appoints Kathleen Minser

Kathleen Minser, a former columnist with The Independent, has been named operations manager at Legacy Real Estate & Associates, a San Francisco East Bay brokerage with its home office in Fremont.

Minser has been president of the Livermore Rodeo Foundation for 11 years, and has been marketing director and on the executive committee for the Little League Intermediate World Series, held in Livermore, for the past 8 years. She is past-president of the Livermore Valley Rotary Club and the Granada Little League. For close to a decade, Minser wrote a weekly column, “Ask Kathleen” in The Independent.

She was operations and government affairs manager for Waste Management in Alameda County before earning her real estate license.
