Livermore Valley Arts celebrated Lunar New Year, the Year of the Water Rabbit, with events at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore on Saturday, Jan. 21. The festivities included Tai Chi lessons and a presentation of traditional Chinese dance and instruments by Xiaopei Chinese Dance.
