On Monday, the official ribbon cuttings for Dublin Kaiser, and Workday in Pleasanton took place. Today, the groundbreaking for Sunflower Hill be held. All are important facilities.

The new Kaiser Medical Offices and Cancer Center in Dublin consists of a 226,000-square-foot multi-specialty hub. It includes the Dublin Medical Office, Cancer Center, surgery center, and urgent care. It will provide services for more than 140,000 Kaiser Permanente members in the Tri-Valley area with room for growth.

The Workday campus in Pleasanton will house 2200 employees. The 410,000-square-foot, six-story building includes an outdoor space and an open-air amphitheater with seating for 1,500 people. The property earned Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification, the highest level possible, meaning it meets robust requirements for sustainable design and construction.

Sunflower Hill at Irby Ranch, when completed, will be the first such project in the Tri-Valley to offer individuals with developmental disabilities both affordable and independent residential opportunities, similar to senior living.

We welcome all three.
