Dublin has been ranked as the fastest growing city in California with cities having a population over 50,000.

The most recent information released by the U.S. Census Bureau also notes that Dublin is the 11th fastest growing city in the nation, the only California city listed in the top 15.

For the last full census in 2010, Dublin had just over 46,000 residents. Today, the population sits at 63,445. That represents growth of more than 37.8%.

Growth has been an issue in Dublin, with residents raising concerns about its impact on traffic and schools.

Livermore's population rose by 200 while Pleasanton showed a net loss of 400 residents.
